resolve packages during python reverse engineering

Description

When reverse-engineering large programs it would help a lot if it would be possible to generate also packages and put classes inside packages automatically. Each file would be one package and each directory would be one package.

We may consider using epydoc for this one, as it already contains quite some code to extract data from python files.

... it should only produce models in stead of html.
