user defined icons for artifacts and stereotypes

Description

It would be really nice to attach icons to stereotypes and artifacts, so stereotyped model elements can be shown as an icon in stead of their general "box" layout.

For example: a Node with a <<db>> stereotype should be drawn as a database icon (cylinder).
