association navigability is not updated properly

Description

put two use case items on diagram and create association between them. change navigability to 'uknown' using property page. change is not updated on the diagram until one of use case items is moved.

Also, if you change the Navigability to "Unknown", the Property objects show up at top-level in the tree view.
