cannot install under Windows

Description

Following the Wiki carefully and tried a lot, still cannot get it installed under Windows. Could you please write a section stating the requirements and steps under Windows. Mixing it in the steps for Linux is very confusing. Thanks.

What documentation are you refering to? The Documentation/GtkWin32, CustomInstallationLocation or an other page? Are you trying to compile the source code yourself?
